Create your digital ID

 

 

To use Muna and collaborate with other users, you need a digital identifier in the file. If you do not have a digital ID (cryptographic keys in the hidden Keys sheet), you can create one by clicking on Extensions, then ‘The Secret Manager for Google Sheets™’, and then selecting ‘New digital ID’.

In the pop-up window, you will need to type in a password that will protect your private key, then click on ‘OK’. After that, a popup window will appear with a warning that creating your ID may take up to a minute. Once your ID is created, you will see another popup that says:

‘Congrats! Your new digital ID is ready. You can now create, reveal and share secret information.’

If you close the password window you can’t use your generated key pair, in that case, delete your ID.

 

Deleting your ID

 

 

Choose the ‘Delete my digital ID’ option from the menu.

Never delete a key manually from the ‘Keys’ sheet. The ‘Keys’ sheet must remain hidden.
